PALECO, Humakot ng Awards at Pagkilala sa ginanap na NEA Lumens Award at PHILRECA Awards from the Wires nitong Agosto sa Philippine Int’l Convention Center (PICC) kaugnay sa 55th Founding Anniversary celebration of the NEA and the ‘24 NEA-EC Convergence.
Umabot sa labing-siyam (19) ang parangal na hinakot ng Palawan Electric Cooperative. Tatlo (3) sa mga ito ay mula sa National Electrification Administration, 2024 NEA Lumens Award, at 16 naman mula sa Philippine Rural Electric Cooperatives Association Inc.
Narito ang mga awards at pagkilala na tinanggap ng PALECO mula sa NEA: Electric Cooperative (EC) with Advance Loan Amortization Payment with NEA, EC with Remarkable Corporate and Community Programs, at Single Digit Feeder Loss Award.
Narito naman ang awards na nakuha ng kooperatiba mula sa PHILRECA, Philippine Rural Electric Cooperatives Association Inc.: Above and Beyond Award, Digital Transformation Award, Making a Difference Award, MCO Champion Award, Occupational Safety and Health Excellence Award, Outstanding Radio Program Excellence Award, Outstanding TV Program Excellence Award, State of the Art Workplace Award, The Iron Pillar Award, Unparalleled Service Award, Bright Beginning Award, Bronze Stellar Award, Groundbreaker Award,Information Empowerment Catalysts Award, Model Member-EC Award, at Prompt Payor Award.
Ayon kina PALECO General Manager Rez Contrivida at Chairman of the Board of Directors Maylene Ballares, sa kabila ng mga challenges na kinakaharap ng ating kooperatiba at ng iba pang entities na kasama sa tinatawag nating Power Family, katulad ng NPC o National Power Corporation at mga IPPs o Independent Power Providers, ay patuloy pa rin ang pagsusumikap ng PALECO na makapagbigay ng serbisyong pailaw sa lalawigan ng Palawan.
Tinanggap personal ng mga opisyal ng PALECO ang mga naturang awards sa pangunguna ni PALECO General Manager Rez Contrivida.
