Pinag-iingat ng Barangay Council ng New Agutaya, San Vicente, ang kanilang mga mamamayan dahil sa patuloy na pagbuhos ng ulan sa lugar ngayong araw, Martes, Hunyo 18.
Ayon sa konseho, patuloy ang pagtaas ng water level ng Inanding River na maaaring magkaroon ng “overflowing” anumang oras.
“We are currently experiencing a significant weather event with continuous rainfall for the past four hours. This persistent rain has caused a critical rise in the water level of the Inanding River, which is now close to overflowing,” ayon sa anunsiyo ng konseho.
Inabisuhan din ng konseho ang publiko na maging alerto at tiyakin ang kaligtasan sa maaaring trahedya na dala ng patuloy pag-uulan.
“We strongly urge all residents to heighten their alertness and take necessary precautions to ensure their safety and that of their families. Please be vigilant and monitor updates from local authorities regarding the situation.”
