“Any purchase of live hogs below the MFFP herein adopted, or any other violation of Sections 17,18,20, or 21 of the Ordinance, shall be subject to the administrative sactions and due process procedures under Sections 22, 23, and 24 thereof,” ayon sa Executive Order No. 37.

“PHPEC-verified Cost of Production of P160.26/kg plus a profit margin of P10.00/kg, effective September 22, 2026,” ayon sa Executive Order.

“The PHIPB shall formally review this MFFP at least once every six months, or earlier when market conditions so require, per Section 25 of the Ordinance,” dagdag pa nito.
