‘Dapat maglagay ng mga CCTV sa mga eskwelahan’

Ipinanawagan ni Board Member Al-Nashier M. Ibba na maglagay ng mga Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) ang mga mayor sa dalawampu’t tatlong (23) munisipalidad ng Palawan sa mga nasasakupan nilang national high schools.

Inaprubahan ang kanyang resolusyon na naglalaman ng naturang kahilingan ng Provincial Board, Agosto 25.

Ang pondo ay magmumula sa Special Education Fund (SEF) o ang pondo ng lokal na gobyerno para sa mga eskwelahan.

Malaking tulong daw ang pagkakaroon ng mga CCTV hindi lamang tuwing may “violence” pati na rin kapag gabi, ani ni Ibba.

“The installation of CCTV cameras in strategic areas of National High Schools can serve as an effective deterrent against violence, bullying, theft, vandalism, unauthorized entry, and other unlawful acts, while also assisting in the investigation of incidents,” ani ni Ibba.

“Recent incidents of violence in schools highlight the need to strengthen security measures and preventive mechanisms within school premises,” rason ni Ibba.
