Dahil sa husay, karanasan, at kontribusyon niya sa agrikultura, pinupuri at nire-recommend ng Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Palawan si Eleanor Negosa Lotivo.
Inirekomenda siya ng provincial board kay Atty. Christopher R. Bañas para maging permanenteng Agricultural Program Coordinating Officer (APCO) ng Department of Agriculture- MIMAROPA Regional Field Office IV.
“Mrs. Eleanor Negosa Lotivo has devoted more than forty (40) years of faithful and exemplary service in government, beginning her career on 1985 as a Cooperative Development Officer under the Department of Agriculture and steadily advancing through various technical, research, and administrative positions by virtue of her competence, professionalism, and commitment to public service”.
Malaki ang kontribusyon ng karanasan ni Lovito sa agricultural extension, pananaliksik, project implementation, at program management sa pag-promote ng agrikultura sa Palawan.
Sa pag-recommend kay Lotivo para maging permanenteng APCO:
“Considering her exceptional qualifications, extensive institutional knowledge, proven leadership, and outstanding record of public service, it is believed that Mrs. Eleanor Negosa Lotivo is highly deserving of permanent appointment as Agricultural Program Coordinating Officer (APCO), Department of Agriculture- MIMAROPA Regional Field Office IV, to ensure the continuity of effective agricultural programs and responsive services of the Province of Palawan,” ayon sa mayorya ng SP-Palawan na ini-sponsor ang isang resolusyon para sa naturang papuri at rekomendasyon kay Lotivo.
