Ayon sa nasabing Resolution No. 0599-36: the Caspe family generously donated a parcel of land to the then Palawan Teacher’s College, now Palawan State University, for the specific purpose of establishing an educational site, thereby contributing to the advancement of higher learning in the municipality of Aborlan.
Dagdag pa ng parehong resolusyon, “the said parcel of land is currently occupied by the Aborlan National School, creating a situation of dispute that requires amicable resolution to safeguard the interests of both institutions and ensure that the land continues to serve as its intended educational purpose”.
Ayon pa sa resolusyon, “[SP-Palawan] believes that resolving this dispute in a spirit of unity and cooperation will uphold the constitutional principles of social justice, promote harmony among educational stakeholders, and ensure that the land continues to benefit the youth and community of Aborlan”.
